Kathleen did an excellent job for us.  Accurately assessed the pros and cons of the house, told us what we needed to do to get the house ready, oversaw the process for us (we live out of town on the east coast), and priced the house almost perfectly.  We got an offer within 2 days of it being on the market, above what it was listed for.  We are seeing several houses in the area that were overpriced that are languishing on the market and the price has been reduced (sometimes several times).  She is communicative and personable.  Highly highly recommended.
